After becoming "empty nesters", we were not sure where we wanted to spend the rest of our lives.  It took us a few years to decide on Florida.  Most of our California friends and family thought we were crazy to move across the country.  We believe that living on the Space Coast has been wonderful and a great choice!

Our children live in California and Virginia. We have 7 grandchildren who love visiting Papa and Nana in Brevard County Florida.  There is so much for them to see and do.

Bill grew up in Orange County California and worked in the consumer and commercial credit industry for twenty years. In 1992 he took on new challenges by graduating from law school, obtaining his California law license, and helping people with their family and debt troubles until moving to Florida in 2001. With his knowledge and experience in the areas of real estate, credit and taxation he can help you avoid many of the pitfalls associated with the selling or buying of real estate.

Sue was born and raised in Los Angeles County California and worked in accounting until becoming a software programmer in 1981.  The design skills she acquired in the software industry can be reflected in her detail to home decorating and re-modeling.  With this ability, she can help you find the home of your dreams.  You need to look beyond paint, wallpaper, etc.  If the footprint fits your needs, then she can help you make it your home with your own personal touches.
