I wanted to say thanks for everything you and Sue have done to get our Cocoa Beach condo sold.This has been a very frustrating process because of market conditions and a host of other issues.Throughout all of this, you have been there for us spending a great deal of your time with a wide-variety of issues that a typical real estate agent should not normally have to deal with.Looking over the past few years, you have successfully dealt with plumbing problems, cleaning issues, painters, renter move-out, new counters, sliding glass door track repairs, Association management difficulties, and even our reluctance to take some ofyour advice (paint over murals, adjust price . . .).On top of this you also tried and spent money on innovative marketing strategies (ebay ad, panoramic pictures . . .)
Through all of this, you have been extremely dependable with unquestionable ethics and integrity.In any profession, there are a few top-level performers that one can rely on to get the job done.My only regret is that we did not take heed of some of you advice earlier on.In any case,I cannot express how grateful I was to find you as a real estate agent.I realize that when all is said in done, your profit on this deal was not nearly what it should have been.Percentage wise in terms of both money and especially your time, this was not one of your most profitable transactions.I am sorry for that, but at least be aware that both Cynthia and I are aware of and honestly appreciate everything you have done and everything you have had to deal with to get this condo sold.Thanks again for an excellent job and we wish both you and Sue the best.
