The City of Rockledge is the oldest incorporated municipality in Brevard County, founded on the shoreline of the Indian River Lagoon on August 7, 1887. Rockledge covers approximately 10 square miles with a population of more than 23,000 residents.  It is a full service community and provides law enforcement and fire protection including emergency medical technicians.

Rockledge has a great selection of neighborhoods and local activities to choose from.  With championship golf courses, fishing (both salt and fresh water), boating, local parks and more, there is plenty to keep everyone happy.  It is only about an hour's drive from Orlando and all the amusement parks.
