If at any time you are dissatisfied with our service, you can cancel the Listing Agreement with just a telephone call to us.
ØWe will keep in touch with you on a weekly basis. If we do not, we will pay you $50.00 a week for every week we failed to contact you during the listing agreement.
ØIf we list your home according to a Comparative Market Analysis and it does not sell within 90 days, we will deduct $500.00 off of our commission.
ØIf you list with us, we will pay for a Century 21 Home Warranty ($250.00 value).
ØAdditionally, your home will be featured on our website, www.BrevardBeaches.com, along with the Century21.com and Realtor.com websites. Ads will be run in Florida Today, Homes & Land and/or Real Estate Review. |
