Located on the east coast of Florida in Brevard County along the Indian River, the city of Titusville is a doorway to many of the state's most treasured natural resources. It is just minutes away from the Kennedy Space Center, where NASA launches regular shuttle flights above the city's beaches. One Titusville attraction is the Skydive Space Center, where all jumps are made from 15,000 feet - you'll be getting the "highest ride in Florida". District scores on standardized tests are consistently above national and state averages.

The city features 3 championship golf courses as well as numerous parks and more than 40 indoor recreational facilities.  The beaches of Brevard County have a claim to fame: they are the largest sea turtle nesting grounds in the country. As many as 6,000 loggerhead, green sea and leatherback turtles come ashore to nest beginning in May and hatching continues until late October.
